Suriya Mr. Perfectionist is known for taking
risk for stunts in his films. He is always keen in doing stunts as natural as they are
.Suriya who is briskly shooting for ‘
7aam Arivu’ at Binny mills was injured during an action sequence. Sadly his ankle got twisted and was unable to continue the shoot.
The actor was immediately sent for medical check up and was advised to take rest for three days by the doctors.This is not new as he earlier faced the same while shooting for
‘Kaakha Kaakha’ and
Ghajini.
Shruthi Hassan before a couple of months was also injured in the sets of ‘
7aam Arivu’.This really seems like the whole team is working for perfect output which will definitely bring in good results.

7aam Arivu is an upcoming Tamil medical thriller film written and directed by
A. R. Murugadoss. The venture,
produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin, features
Surya and
Shruti Haasan in the lead roles. The film score and soundtrack is composed by
Harris Jayaraj;
Ravi K. Chandran is the cinematographer. The film, which was launched on May 15, 2010 at Hotel Green Park, Chennai, is expected to release in April 2011. A Hindi version is also being planned simultaneously. There will be lot of animation effects in the film, programmed by Stan Winston Studio, the technicians who worked on the special effects of the 2010 film Enthiran. Surya is playing the role of a circus artist. He was specially trained by a circus troupe in Thailand.
While
AR Murugadoss is still denying the rumours saying his film with
Suriya ‘7am Arivu’ is based on the recently released Christopher Nolan’s Inception we learn the film is no where connected with the Hollywood film. Even
Shruthi Kamal who plays the heroine opposite
Suriya had screamed
Murugadoss’ film is an original film.
Sources say
‘7am Arivu’ is based on a circus artiest and the role played by
Suriya plays a trapeze artiste who also doubles up as an animal trainer. The
‘7am Arivu’ unit is currently shooting at Great Bombay Circus in Coimbatore. It will later go to China to can some scintillating acrobatic scenes with the help of experts there. The range of characters
Suriya is opting for in recent times is amazing to say least.
In Tamil there weren’t many films that has circus as a part of main story. Except for
MGR’s ‘Parakkum Paavai’ and
Kamal’s ‘Apoorva Sahodarargal’ and ‘Mumbai Express’ we don’t have any memorable film dealing with the lives of people in circus.
